Southern Coleslaw(From Frances Wright) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 heads cabbage
    6 carrots
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    mayonnaise or salad dressing
Preparation
    Grate up your cabbage and carrots.
    Combine the two ingredients.
    Add sugar and vinegar, then slowly add mayonnaise to the consistency you like.
    Great on a hot summer day.
