Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. pumpkin
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. granulated sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. butter
unbaked pastry shell
Preparation

Mix pumpkin with eggs.
Add dry ingredients.
Heat milk with butter and add to pumpkin mixture.
Pour in shell.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Reduce to 350\u00b0
for 30 minutes more or until knife comes out clean.
This makes a very deep pie.
I use a 10-inch round, 2-inch deep pie pan.
