Leona'S Raw Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/4 c. Wesson oil
3 eggs, beaten
3 c. raw apple, peeled and chopped
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Sift together all dry ingredients.
Make a well in center. Combine rest of ingredients.
Pour into dry ingredients and mix. Pour batter in 9 x 13-inch pan, greased and floured.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
