Banana Cooler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 large ripe banana
1/2 c. buttermilk (chilled), or plain yogurt
1/2 tsp. light honey
1/4 tsp. fresh lemon juice
lemon slice (garnish)
Preparation

Combine banana, buttermilk or yogurt, honey and lemon juice in blender and mix well.
Pour into chilled glass and garnish with lemon slice.
Makes 3/4 cup.
