Broccoli Surprise Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 bunch broccoli flowerets
1/2 c. raisins
1 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 c. roasted peanuts
1 small red onion, sliced
3/4 c. sugar

Preparation

Combine the broccoli flowerets and rings of sliced onion. Just before serving, add a dressing made of:
mayonnaise, sugar and wine vinegar.
Pour dressing over salad only when ready to serve.
Toss and add peanuts and raisins.
Toss again.
Serve right away.
