Oyster Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can oysters
1/4 lb. crackers
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. processed (Velveeta type) cheese, more or less to taste
milk
broccoli, chopped (fresh or frozen) (optional)
Preparation

Drain oysters, reserving liquid.
Crumble crackers.
Mix oyster liquid with about equal amounts of milk and the mushroom soup and heat on slow burner.
Add drained oysters to the crackers, cubed cheese, and chopped broccoli.
Lightly stir in the liquid mixture.
Turn into sprayed ovenproof dish and bake uncovered in 400\u00b0 oven for about 30 minutes.
