Sausage-Egg Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 eggs
1 c. sharp cheese, grated
1 lb. sausage (hot, medium or mild)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 c. milk
dash of Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce
3 slices bread, torn into pieces
Preparation

Brown sausage and pour off fat.
Layer a greased casserole with bread, sausage and cheese.
Mix remaining ingredients and pour over mixture in casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
This may be assembled and refrigerated to be baked the next day.
