Clam Stuffed Mushrooms(Makes 20 Appetizers) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 large fresh mushrooms
    melted margarine or butter
    1/4 c. finely chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. each chopped green pepper, onion, margarine and pimiento
    1 tsp. Wyler's or Steero chicken flavor instant bouillon
    1 (6 1/2 oz.) can Snow's or Doxsee minced clams, drained
    2 Tbsp. finely crushed cracker crumbs
    dash of ground thyme
Preparation
    Remove and finely chop mushroom stems.
    Brush caps with melted margarine; place in shallow pan.
    In skillet, cook celery, pepper, onion, mushroom stems, pimiento and bouillon in margarine 5 minutes; add remaining ingredients.
    Spoon mixture into caps; bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until hot.
    Refrigerate leftovers.
