Asparagus With Lime Hollandaise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 asparagus spears
    4 tsp. salt
    8 paper thin Prosciutto slices
    2 egg yolks
    1 lime
    4 to 5 oz. butter, melted
    dash of salt
    dash of white pepper
    1 hard-boiled egg
Preparation
    Trim woody stems from asparagus.
    Bring 2 quarts of water to a boil.
    Add salt.
    Add asparagus and boil 6 to 8 minutes until firm-tender.
    Arrange ham on 4 plates.
    Drain and divide asparagus on plates.
    Put yolks in top of double boiler and beat with juice from lime and cook over medium heat until double in volume. Drizzle in butter.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Pour in \"strips\" over asparagus.
    Garnish with grated egg.
