One-Step Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. butter or margarine
    1 (8 oz.) carton pineapple or mandarin orange yogurt or 1 c. sour cream
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Grease and flour fluted or tube pan.
    Combine the ingredients in a large bowl.
    Beat 3 minutes at medium speed.
    Pour into pan. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 60 to 70 minutes or until cake springs back when touched.
    Cool upright in pan 15 minutes.
    Remove and eat!
    May glaze with lemon icing.
    Delicious served with fruit flavored sherbet.
