Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew meat
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 c. dry red wine (optional)
    1 can whole mushrooms
Preparation
    Mix dry onion soup, mushroom soup, dry red wine and whole mushrooms together.
    Pour over raw stew meat.
    Mix well.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 3 hours.
    Cover tightly.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
