Grandma Faraudo'S Creamed Tuna On Toast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 cube margarine
4 Tbsp. flour (heaped)
2 c. milk
2 (6 or 7 oz.) cans tuna, drained
dash of pepper
Preparation

Melt margarine in 2-quart saucepan. Add flour and mix quickly into a paste (remove from heat to avoid scorching).
Slowly add milk and continue to mix to blend. Return to moderate heat, stirring slowly.
When it starts to thicken, remove from heat and add tuna and pepper.
Heat through.
Spoon over slices of toast, biscuits or English muffins.
