Poor Man Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
3 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. soda
2/3 c. salad oil
2 c. cold water
2 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. vinegar

Preparation

Beat together sugar, oil and vanilla.
Sift together flour, cocoa and salt and add to previous ingredients.
Add cold water. Mix well.
Add vinegar.
Bake in ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan for 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
