Stuffed Shells - Florentine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 jar (29 oz. or more) marinara sauce
    1 - 10 oz. pkg. chopped spinach
    2 lbs. Ricotta cheese
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1 pkg. JUMBO shells, this recipe fills 50 shells
Preparation
    Heat marinara sauce. Spoon 1 cup of sauce into bottom of a large pan or maybe 2 pans.
    Reserve remaining sauce.
    Cook spinach as directed on pkg. Drain well and mix with ricotta cheese, egg, oregano, nutmeg and parmesan cheese in a large bowl.
