Potato Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
4 eggs, beaten well
2 c. mashed potatoes
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients together.
Combine potatoes and eggs and add to dry ingredients.
Mix well.
Drop from tablespoon into 1/2 cup shortening and fry until brown on both sides.
Can be served with syrup.
