Cedric'S Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 lb. hamburg
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    6 c. shredded coarse cabbage
    1 can tomato soup
Preparation
    Fry onion in margarine.
    Add hamburg, salt and pepper.
    Heat through but do not brown.
    Spread 3 cups of cabbage in a greased casserole.
    Cover with meat mixture and place the remaining cabbage on top.
    Pour can of tomato soup over all.
    Bake covered in a 350\u00b0 oven for about 1 hour.
