Shrimp Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
1 3/4 Tbsp. flour
3 Tbsp. ketchup
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. milk
3/4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 lb. cooked, cleaned shrimp
2 Tbsp. sherry
Preparation

Make a white sauce with first 7 ingredients; add shrimp and sherry.
Serve over rice.
