Chile Con Queso - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes, drained
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. chili powder
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1/8 c. salad oil
Preparation

Cook onions and garlic in oil until softened.
Drain oil.
Add remaining ingredients and cook until cheese melts on low heat. Cut cheese in chunks for easier melting.
Serve warm with tortilla chips.
