Quick Hollandaise Sauce * - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Hellmann's real mayonnaise
    2 eggs
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    In small saucepan with wire whisk, stir together all ingredients until smooth.
    Stir over medium-low heat until thick. Do not boil.
    Serve over vegetables, seafood or poached eggs. Sprinkle with paprika.
    Makes 1 2/3 cups.
