Fillets In Red Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 ribs celery, chopped
1 small green pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
1 can tomato sauce plus 1 can water
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
juice of 1/3 lemon (1 1/2 tsp.)
1/2 bay leaf
1 to 1 1/2 lb. flounder or lemon sole
12 green and black olives, sliced
Preparation

Heat oil in pan; add next 5 ingredients and saute until beginning to soften.
Add next 4 ingredients and simmer until soft.
Remove from pan and puree.
Return half of sauce to pan; add fish in single layer if possible and top with remaining sauce and olives.
Simmer until fish is cooked.
