Chicken Cordon Blue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, boned, skinned and cut in half
    8 slices cooked ham
    8 slices Swiss cheese
    3 Tbsp. parsley
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 egg, beaten
    Italian bread crumbs
    1/4 c. oleo
    1 can golden mushroom soup
    8 oz. sour cream
    4 oz. mushrooms, drained
Preparation
    Flatten each breast to 1/4-inch thickness.
    Place one slice ham and cheese on top of chicken.
    (Do it in that order). Sprinkle with parsley and pepper.
    Roll and fasten with toothpick. Dip in egg and roll in crumbs.
    Brown in oleo.
    Place in casserole.
    Combine soup, sour cream and mushrooms and pour over chicken.
    Bake, covered, in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
