Broiled Or Grilled Turkey Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. turkey breasts (1/2-inch thick)
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1 tsp. dried or 1 Tbsp. minced fresh tarragon
    freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
    Blanch turkey in boiling water for 2 minutes.
    Remove from water; pat dry.
    Rub the steaks on all sides with mustard. Sprinkle on the tarragon and pepper.
    Grill or broil 5 to 6 inches from the heat source, in middle of grill (high heat) until cooked through, about 5 to 10 minutes on each side.
    Serve warm or slightly chilled.
