Rocky Road Candy Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips (real chocolate)
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
2 Tbsp. butter
2 c. salted dry roasted peanuts
10 1/2 oz. bag mini marshmallows
Preparation

Melt chocolate chips, Eagle Brand and butter over low heat in medium saucepan.
Stir together.
Pour over the following ingredients which you have measured into a large bowl: peanuts and marshmallows.
Mix and fold until all covered.
Spread into a 9 x 13-inch pan or dish which is buttered and lined generously with wax paper.
Chill until firm.
Lift out, peel back the paper and slice uniformly into squares.
To serve, bring to room temperature.
Stores well, covered, in refrigerator.
This is the easiest, best candy to make and eat.
Great for Christmas treats.
