Barbecue Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onions
1 stick oleo
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can chicken broth
1 can mushrooms
liquid smoke to taste (1 tsp. to 1 Tbsp.)
4 c. cooked rice
Preparation

Melt butter.
Add celery and onions.
Cook slowly until tender.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Add the soup, broth, mushrooms and liquid smoke.
Add the cooked rice.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
