Summer Squash And Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium yellow summer squash, diced
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 medium zucchini, diced
    1 1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 c. Minute rice
    1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in large bowl; mix well. Pour into greased 9-inch square baking dish. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
