Quickie Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. warm water (not hot)
1 pkg. active dry yeast
1/3 c. lukewarm milk
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. Crisco
1 egg
2 to 2 1/4 c. sifted all-purpose flour
Preparation

Soak yeast in warm water 5 minutes.
Pour milk over sugar and salt in bowl; stir to dissolve.
Beat in Crisco, egg, 1 cup flour and softened yeast.
Cover and let rise in warm place 15 minutes. Stir in remaining flour to make soft dough.
Turn out on lightly floured board.
Knead lightly.
