Glazed Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 medium carrots
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
    2 Tbsp. cold water
    1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Wash and cut carrots into 1/2-inch slices.
    Place in 1-quart casserole with brown sugar and margarine.
    Cover and microwave on High for 9 to 11 minutes, stirring in 5 minutes.
    Mix water and cornstarch until smooth.
    Stir into carrot mixture.
    Cover and microwave at High for 2 to 4 minutes until thickened.
    Stir before serving.
