Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 large potatoes, boiled and mashed
4 eggs, hard-boiled
1/2 c. mayonnaise
5 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1 jar pimentos
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1/2 lb. bacon, fried crisp
1/2 c. sour cream
4 Tbsp. oleo
Preparation
-
Chop 3 of the eggs and slice the other.
Mix potatoes, onion, chopped eggs, mayonnaise, mustard, bacon, sour cream and oleo. Mix together well and top with pimentos and sliced egg.
Serve this warm.
Also good cold.
