Smoked Doves - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 doves
juice of 1 lemon
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. lemon pepper
1/2 c. Italian dressing
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
12 strips bacon
Preparation
-
Baste doves in a mixture of lemon, melted butter, lemon pepper,
Italian dressing and Worcestershire sauce.
Wrap each dove
with a strip\tof
bacon.
Place
in a pan and smoke in a smoker 15 minutes on each side.
