Ground Pork And Kraut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground pork
    1 egg
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 can kraut
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    4 slices bacon
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients and pat out on waxed paper to 7 x 11-inch size.
    Drain kraut and mix with onion.
    Spread over pork; roll.
    Place bacon across top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
