Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 chicken breasts
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 stick margarine
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies
1 pkg. tortillas
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Cook and cut up chicken breasts.
Saute onion in margarine in large saucepan.
Add soups and tomatoes.
Heat a few minutes to mix well.
Tear tortillas into quarters and grate cheese.
Grease large casserole.
Alternate layers of tortillas, sauce, chicken and cheese.
Repeat until ingredients are used up.
Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
