Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. new potatoes
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1 Tbsp. cream
    3 slices crisp bacon
    chopped parsley
Preparation
    Boil and peel potatoes.
    While warm, sprinkle salt, pepper and vinegar.
    Add onion and celery.
    Combine mayonnaise, mustard and cream; pour over salad.
    Toss well.
    Chill at least 2 hours. Sprinkle with parsley and crumbled bacon.
