Sweet And Sour Pork(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. cubed lean pork
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/4 c. packed brown sugar
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    1 (13 1/4 oz.) can pineapple chunks and juice
    1 small onion, thinly sliced
    1 medium green pepper, cut into strips
Preparation
    Toss together pork and cornstarch in 2-quart glass casserole. Stir in remaining ingredients, except green pepper.
    Cover with glass lid or plastic wrap.
    Microwave on roast for 25 minutes. Stir in green pepper.
    Re-cover and continue cooking on roast for 5 to 10 minutes or until tender.
    Let stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
