Fruit Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) can unsweetened crushed pineapple, drained
1 (8 oz.) pkg. light cream cheese, softened
1 medium carrot, grated
1 small apple, grated
1/4 c. chopped pecans
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Drain pineapple between paper towels.
Serve with fruit wedges or mini muffins.
