Lo-Fat Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey or deer burger*
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ground cumin
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (16 oz.) can Brooks chili hot beans
Preparation
    *Can use ground beef if you rinse beef with hot water after frying and draining fat.
