Italian Bread(Pizza Crust Or Fried Dough) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    2 tsp. sugar
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1 tsp. salt
    1 3/4 c. warm water
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together by hand or in a food processor. Knead for 8 minutes.
    Cover and let rise until double.
    Shape bread and let rise again, covered.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 to 40 minutes.
    For crisp crust, brush with water.
    For soft crust, brush with butter.
