Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small roast
    1 medium onion
    1 tsp. salt
    broth from roast
    1 Tbsp. Kitchen Bouquet
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 small sour cream
Preparation
    Cook roast until well done.
    Cut meat into cubes.
    Dice onion and add to meat broth and 1 teaspoon salt.
    Mix in Kitchen Bouquet and 2 tablespoons cornstarch.
    Cook all together until onion is tender.
    Add sour cream; stir well.
    Pour over cooked rice, potatoes or noodles.
