Crock-Pot Luau Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 chicken breasts or 2 fryers, cut into pieces
    1 (15 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    6 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    4 Tbsp. chili sauce
    2/3 c. catsup
    1 tsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    In crock-pot, mix all ingredients, except chicken, until well blended.
    Add chicken pieces and push them down until covered with sauce.
    Cook on low several hours or overnight until tender. Increase heat to high last 1/2 hour to allow sauce to thicken. Delicious with rice.
