Pacific Lime Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. boiling water
    1 pkg. lime flavored gelatin
    9 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
    4 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese or 1 c. cottage cheese
    1 tsp. horseradish
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in water.
    Add juice from pineapple.
    Chill until slightly set.
    Beat until frothy.
    Fold in remaining ingredients.
    Chill until set.
