Grapefruit Salad With Champagne Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. Brut champagne
    1 Tbsp. raspberry flavored vinegar
    1 Tbsp. honey
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    4 c. tightly packed torn romaine lettuce
    3 c. fresh grapefruit sections (about 3 medium grapefruit)
    2 c. halved fresh strawberries
    1/2 c. vertically sliced purple onion
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients in a small bowl; stir with a wire whisk until blended.
    Cover and chill.
    Combine lettuce and next 3 ingredients in a large bowl; toss gently.
    Pour dressing over lettuce mixture; toss gently.
    Serve immediately.
    Yield:
    6 servings.
