Seafood Primavera - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 stick margarine
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 clove garlic, crushed
dash of black pepper
2 c. milk
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. fresh or frozen chopped broccoli
1 c. sliced carrots
1/2 c. diced onion
8 oz. tiny shrimp or crabmeat
1/4 c. dry white sherry
8 to 10 oz. hot cooked pasta
Preparation

Melt butter; stir in flour, seasonings and garlic until smooth and bubbly.
Remove from heat.
Add milk and stir with wire whisk until all lumps are gone.
Add cheese; return to heat and stir constantly until thickened.
