Hash Brown Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
    3/4 c. margarine, melted
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 c. corn flakes, crushed
Preparation
    Combine potatoes, 1/2 cup margarine, onion, soup, sour cream and cheese; stir well.
    Spoon into a 2 1/2-quart casserole (greased).
    Crush cereal and stir in remaining butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    Cook 30 minutes before adding cereal on top, then finish cooking.
