Beef In Wine Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. stew beef
    2 cans mushroom soup
    1 can mushrooms
    3/4 c. sherry or Sauterne
    1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mix
Preparation
    Brown beef in Kitchen Bouquet.
    Combine all ingredients.
    Pour into 2-quart crockery casserole.
    Cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for 3 hours.
    Serves 6 to 8.
