Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. thawed hash brown patties
    1/2 c. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. onion flakes
    2 c. sour cream
    corn flake crumbs
Preparation
    Break up hash browns and squeeze water out.
    Melt butter.
    Mix everything together and put in a buttered dish.
    Mix corn flake crumbs and 1/8 cup of butter and sprinkle on top before you bake. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
