Mexican Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Swiss cheese, grated
    1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
    6 eggs, beaten
    1 c. half and half
    1 pkg. (tube) saltine crackers, crushed
    1 (13 oz.) jar pickled jalapeno peppers, chopped (use 1/2 jar or to taste)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch ungreased cake pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
