Chinese Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    approximately 20 wings (for 2 lb.)
    1 tsp. white pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. garlic chips
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
    5 Tbsp. honey
    6 peppercorns
    1 c. hot water
Preparation
    Cut wings in half. Discard tips.
    Place wings in pan large enough so wings do not overlap each other.
    Sprinkle pepper and salt.
    Mix next 6 ingredients. Add hot water and blend well.
    Pour this over wings. Cover pan with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 2 hours. Remove foil.
    Lower heat to 300\u00b0 and baste wings often for about 30 minutes.
    Drain wings on paper towels. Serve hot or cold.
