Stuffed Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round loaf white bread (unsliced)
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 green pepper, diced
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 can condensed Cheddar cheese soup (10 3/4 oz.)
    2 slices Cheddar cheese
    mushrooms (optional)
Preparation
    Cut off top of bread and hollow out, forming crust shell. Tear bread into small pieces to make 2 cups.
    Brown beef in oil; mix in remaining ingredients except cheese slices and bread pieces.
    Simmer 4 to 5 minutes and stir in bread pieces.
    Fill crust with mixture.
    Cut cheese slices in half diagonally and place on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 5 to 8 minutes or until cheese melts.
    Replace top and serve.
    Yield:
    4 to 8 servings.
