Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. ground beef
    5 oz. pepperoni
    7 oz. Italian sausage
    2 medium onions
    2 (3 lb.) cans tomatoes, beaten up
    2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
    3/4 c. red wine (you can substitute water)
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. sugar
    2 bay leaves
    1 tsp. dried basil
Preparation
    Brown ground beef; add onion and garlic (minced) until limp. Cook Italian sausage.
    Warm pepperoni.
    Combine all ingredients in large kettle.
    Reduce heat and simmer at least 3 hours, stirring occasionally.
    Remove bay leaves.
    Skim off fat before serving. Feeds 10.
