Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. corn meal
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
    3 eggs
    1 green bell pepper, chopped
    1 pod hot pepper, chopped
    1 c. onion, chopped
    2/3 c. Wesson oil
    1 c. corn
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
