Enchiritos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. hamburger
    1 c. onion
    salt and pepper
    1 can chili
    2 cans enchilada sauce
    1 pkg. flour tortillas (10 count)
    1 pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix hamburger, onion and salt and pepper to taste.
    Brown and drain.
    Mix chili and enchilada sauce in pots and warm up.
    Put small spoonful of meat mixture in a straight line across tortilla, then spoon chili mix on.
    Add cheese and roll up.
    Place some chili mix on bottom of oblong pan.
    Finish rolling enchiritos and place in dish.
    Use remaining chili mix to cover all.
    Top with cheese over all.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
